My current research activities include:
a. A study of (ca. 130) Syriac monastic anthologies (collections of Greek and Syriac ascetic and mystical texts).
b. Cataloguing Syriac manuscripts.
c. Preparation of the critical edition of the "Book of Grace" of Simon d-Taybuteh (7th c.), an East Syriac monastic author.
d. A study of some unedited Syriac medical texts.
e. Investigation of transmission and reception history of some Syriac texts.
f. A study of some Sinai Syriac manuscripts from the 'New Finds'.
